Cholecalciferol. Promotes calcium and phosphorus absorption from intestines. Increases calcium uptake by bones. Prevents centain cancers. Necessary for proper thyroid function and to prevent and alleviate oesteoporosis, fibromyalgia, spongy gums, weakend immune system, lupus, mineral assimilation, multiple sclerosis, arthritis-rheumatoid and fractures.

Dosage:
Take one capsule daily or as prescribed by your health practitioner
